When does shipping begin?

Following authorization, handling generally takes 1–2 business days, then dispatch starts an estimated 4–6-business-day carrier period. Checkout shows delivery charges and available tracking follows by email. See the Shipping Policy.

What if an item is defective or I chose incorrectly?

Both defective and non-defective new products can be returned and exchanged when requested within 30 calendar days of delivery. Non-defective items must be new and unused. Get approval before using the free prepaid return label included with the parcel; no restocking fee is charged. The Refund Policy sets out the steps.

Does approval mean instant bank credit?

No. We process and initiate the refund through the original payment route within 10 days of approval; a bank or issuer may post it later.
