Reasons and timing

We accept returns of new products with defects and without defects, as well as exchange requests. Begin within 30 calendar days after receiving the order, not after placing it. A preference or mistaken-selection return must remain new, unused, and in original condition. Report damage, defects, incorrect goods, missing components, or a significant listing mismatch too; statutory protections are not reduced.

Arrange an approved mail return

Send bagulusanthakumari@gmail.com the order number, checkout email, and explanation. For a problem product, attach clear images or video of it and the packaging. Please wait for approval and the accurate return address and instructions before mailing. Availability and review determine an exchange or replacement.

Enclosed label and funds

A free prepaid return label is provided inside the parcel for an eligible approved return by mail; contact us if it is lost or absent. We do not charge a restocking fee. After approval, we process and initiate a refund to the original payment method within 10 days; the payment provider may take additional time to show the credit. Initial delivery charges remain subject to the original order terms.
