Confirm the destination

At checkout, review whether delivery is offered to your address, which carrier options apply, the shipping price, and any qualifying free-shipping offer. Service can vary by item or destination. Correct street, unit, and contact details help avoid an avoidable delivery problem.

How the two stages are counted

Normal handling follows payment authorization and usually needs 1–2 business days. The estimated journey with a carrier begins after dispatch and takes a further 4–6 business days. Weekends and applicable holidays are outside those business-day windows; neither estimate promises a fixed arrival day.

When a parcel needs investigation

Carrier tracking is sent when available. If a scan stalls, shows delivery you cannot locate, or a shipment is lost, damaged, or incomplete, email bagulusanthakumari@gmail.com. Provide the order and checkout email, tracking information, and relevant pictures so we can investigate.
